Description
Long overdue prize request for *Elezar81 - she asked me to draw something from the 'Harry Potter' books, featuring young Snape, as we don't know too much about his childhood.

I think Severus Snape and his buddy Lily Evans would've had a slightly mischievous streak as kids. In addition, they'd be itching to try out new spells when they return to school. Here it's the end of summer/beginning of autumn and they've symbolically transfigured Hagrid's watermelon crop into a pumpkin patch.
(They'll let him know it was them a bit later and apologise with a gift of Butterbeer, but for now, they're content eating watermelon, and Hagrid is content tut-tutting at poor James and Peter.)
